I see "Video unavailable" or "Sorry, something went wrong."
We probably haven't gone live yet. Try refreshing the page closer to the time we're scheduled to start.
I don't see anything
If you do NOT see the video or a black block saying "video unavailable" you may need to turn off tracking blockers. In Firefox, this can be done by clicking the "shield" icon to the left of the URL and toggling off "Enhanced tracking protection".
